Creative Films refers to Creative Films Limited. Persons or companies buying goods from Creative Films are referred to as “the buyer”.

These terms and conditions apply to all sales by Creative Films. Any changes from these terms must be in writing from Creative Films and signed by one of its Directors.

It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that goods supplied are fit for the purpose. Creative Films always recommends testing products prior to use.

All delivery dates given are approximate. Creative Films will try to meet delivery dates but makes no guarantee of any kind and is not responsible for any losses or damages due to delays in delivery.

Seller hereby excludes any and all warranties, guarantees, or representations whatsoever, express or implied and expressly excludes any and all warranties as to merchantability for a particular purpose. Buyer assumes risk obtained from use of these goods whether used alone or in combination with other products. Seller’s liability hereunder shall be limited to replacement of any goods which are not of sellers standard quality and such replacement shall be buyer’s exclusive remedy.

The buyer assumes all risk and liability for the use of all goods supplied by Creative Films. In no circumstances will Creative Films be liable to any consequential damages.  

Creative Films liability is limited to the replacement of any goods which are not to normal quality and this replacement is buyers only remedy.

The buyer will indemnify Creative Films against all claims arising from the use by the buyer (or by any person acquiring goods from the buyer).

The company’s contracts are governed by the laws and courts of England.

All claims for non-delivery or damaged goods must made immediately upon receipt and confirmed in writing within 10 (ten) working days of delivery.

Creative Films may suspend or close accounts at any time without stating any reason. Creative Films may decline to deal with any buyer at any time. Whilst every effort will be made to fulfill orders, accepting orders is not an obligation on Creative Films to fulfill them.
